    "The SP is gradually going down because this is a traders chew toy and interest in QBL is now decreasing. And the sellers will keep 'distributing' into the 6.5c line."

    Like I said just over 10 minutes ago. Now they will distribute (or drip feed) into the 6.4c bids.
