Mr 5mil Capper has been moved again to 7c, I was so hoping it would get knocked out today.
Only thoughts on the capper is maybe they are the same person with the order at 5.9c and are trying to force the SP down to get it filled.
The capper splits the bid sometimes as well, games, games, games.
