Yes it looks like it.
Based on yesterdays action and the 5mil buyer that filled their order while chasing the SP up I'd say that buyer is genuine.
A lot of traders would have been knocked out in that unexpected price surge yesterday as well so the SP should have stronger support at 6.4/6.5c now as I'd suggest a lot of that late buying yesterday was from investors not traders.
