The SP continues its downward spiral, why?
Is there something going on behind the scenes that's not being reported????
Traditionally, the SP has risen prior to the AGM, then tanked the next day and languishes around the "tanked" figure for the next eleven months.
This past year, the price has been on a steady decline. We've heard the rhetoric, drought, improved sales, wrong business decisions, then of course c19. Improved sales by 32% on 2018 and the SP declines???
One would have anticipated the SP to improve, given the fundamentals are looking good. As we know, TFL has now faced pretty much everything that can be thrown at it, so it's time for TFL to flourish, along with returns and the SP.
Cashflow positive is near! Is this why the SP is being ground down??
So the major (or some of) shareholders can make a low ball bid to take over TFL, now that shareholders funds have been used for years to get TFL to this position?
With a VWAP at time of writing at $0.091000, what better time to launch a bid! Unless the price is ground into the dirt even more!
Clearly an insto is buying and manipulating the price, I tried buying in yesterday (to test my thoughts) at $0.092, the trading platform advised I had to round up my buy price to $0.095!
How about one of the senior execs comes out and tells the shareholders how it is, good or bad.
Why should shareholders have to wait to find out what's happening through mandatory reporting??? My first thought is there's something to hide....... I'm hoping I'm wrong!
The AGM will no doubt flush out what's been going on...... won't it???? Won't be holding my breathe on this one.
Getting a feeling, mum & dad shareholders are being lubed up for a back dooring!
Like to be proved wrong on this one.
