Shareholders should not get their hopes up that a buyout or JV will deliver much, if any, additional Shareholder value. A Mkt Cap of $8m odd plus current debt means the market does not place any substantial value on this company and it's "assets" if that is what one wants to call them. I continue to watch the slow and prolonged demise of this company with interest.
