    Coal is in centre of lot of M&A. Parent holds major stake, SP very low.....is this a good time to take complete control of share register? Yes.
    Coal price high? Yes.
    Production Increase? Yes
    Port bottlenecks? No
    Infra issues?No
    Mgmt buying? Very good sign

    I think patience is required.
