You mentioned Tom had the most reason or exposure to TV2U to make it succeed.

Is that because he was the beneficiary of the 75 million shares for advisory that occurred
or is he a major holder of stock in his own right?.

As parent company of TV2U in and of itself that does not expose himself to other than reputational risk if it does not fly, or am I missing something here? Nick holds the most shares himself through Talico but I am not sure what holding Tom has directly or through nominees or trusts.

Just want clarity around this statement as I have never thought of him as other than a corporate communications broker type role for TV2U who gets paid for that role, and who manages ECP Capital above all that.
