Just so you understand my reasoning, comprehension and that my post is not rubbish -
There are also these quotes reportedly said by Sato in the same report. He also confessed that “he is trying to do exercise when he gets stressed out” and got quite a lot of laughs saying, “Thanks to the Lynas project, I completed a full marathon twice.” ( a fair level of stress I would say!) Especially when we consider what it takes to prepare for a marathon...
Then there was this little gem -
"Most people including me actually have a negative view on Lynas project."
So all in all, I would say Sato san is NOT a fan of Lynas and it's management!
If these quotes are true then I would have great difficulty interpreting them any other way.
