Fair enough summary there.....but additional critical point though, (the absolute company maker for Pluton) is the fact that transport to port, and indeed port shipment facilities are not an issue for there project.
Its all very well to have large amounts of iron ore (or coal)..for that matter - but you need usually rail and a port to ship your product to customers.
There are a heap of these would be "bulk" commodities companies in Australia, who have next to zero chance of seeing their project ever come to pass....but still they plug on, year after year....eg can we use Fremantle,will Oakajee, can we use already congested Geraldton.....please RIO, BHP can we share your railway? Of course in Africa or even South America...transport insfracture is also a huge issue.
For this reason.....I think management will just about be knocked over, right now with Asian and even European groups wanting a stake in this EBITA $450m/20 year project.
