Plv aiming to get some deal done by end of July. Given plv's tenous cash position if their preferred partner is not in a position to accommodate that and are still interested then one option could be a cash payment for the right to negotiate exclusively with plv. Otherwise, plv may end up doing a deal with one of the other interested parties. Tony also mentioned that a decision regarding funding will occur around the end of July so he'll want an idea of where the jtc is as has been stated by others that going back to the market will not be viable option at present and he will need time to progress other options. Ideally we would want enough funding to get us over the dfs which he estimated at $30 million.
