The massive 67% drop as you mentioned speaks volumes about the management teams inability to manage really.
It speaks for itself. Simple as that. And for now that would have to be the biggest question here for anyone considering this...let alone current shareholders.

And criticisms aside, they still might. But boy have they made a mess of this in 2011.

Your question of DSO is i'm sure one most shareholders have..particularly now...probably brokers/analysts too...it would make sense to get an operation up early and maximise returns.
