PLV's cash outflow for last qtr was 6m. They have 6m cash left at the end of last qtr. Therefore, they could close to run out of cash at the end of 2nd qtr. If they do run out of cash, a cap rise or placement will be enevitable. Is it possiable for the SP to recover significatly before the cap rise in this bear market. The answer is no.
