    Don't worry about him/her mate. He/She is only a short term trader doing what is best for their own ways of doing things.

    Downramping when it suits and Ramping galore when it suits them again.

    So, as to whether or not he/she will buy, is totally irrelevant to us because they will dump at the nearest opportunity anyway.
