There's a theory going around that the paleo channel that runs right along Beacon's tenement could well have produced multiple "lost dog" deposits over the years. Gold has come down from the primary source somewhere and once it's hit the paleo channel, stopped in it's tracks. The random gold hits they got when drilling for water were in that same paleo channel. Imagine if we had 2 or 3 more lost dog deposits waiting to be found!
