The only reason the SP is dropping is because no one is interested in buying right now. There is no big sell off going on.
I don't think NEU have any ammo to pump the price. The only thing they could do is get a big upfront on the ROW deal and pay a special dividend. A $50m payout on a $130m Cap would kick start things - but if the big upfront came at the expense of the total deal value and royalties etc I am not sure it is in the best interests of the business.
If they can do a deal like Acadia for ROW, then we have a $130m cap stock sitting on maybe $1b of a deal if they can get it to market - so the market currently rates this as a 13% chance. Crazy when you think Acadia will invest half the market cap value in P3 and manufacturing - so they obviously think the chance of success is far higher.
