UCLs takeover bid is 4.5 c plus 1 UCL share per 1.6 Mak.

MAK-16c
UCL 14c
16c-4.5c =11.5 c
11.5c/1.6 =7.2c
So the current bid works out to 11.7c on my reckoning. A normal takeover sees the SP of the target company raised as further bids would be expected to gain acceptance. MAK is coming off a seriously low base and is at 16c. Not like there has been a significant bump since the offer was announced.
When is UCL going to give up the ghost.
