If you think the share price is high compared to previous history, you should wait until they get cheaper, if you think they they are going much higher shortly, you should buy them now. You can only come to that decision yourself, after weighing everything in front of your eyes. Always remember that speccy shares are a prettty risky business. Not much help I know, don't bet your house.
