I'm reading between the lines that perhaps management got annoyed that LOM Africa didn't come straight in with the entitlement. Then when things were looking much better in fact entitlement was at a discount to the market LOM Africa were denied the option to buy from the shortfall?
That would be funny if true. Serves them right for not helping Miles out from the get go and making him hunt up the funds elsewhere.
