Probably more blockers than anything else. DB are one of the few foreign banks with the fire power to make a move, but probably have other things on their mind right now.

GIC - maybe. Hard to know what Seek is thinking, but if they are following the path of other Sovereign Wealth Funds, they will be targeting large co-investment deals.

Stockland - are going to have to raise a lot of cash to get the job done. Difficult right now. They may wish to keep what they have to put out a few fires of their own.

Barclays - Too many other worries.

That said, they have a lot of quality assets that a lot of investors would like to get their mits on. They won't sell a bunch of trophies unless it's for survival, so you never know - a play from somewhere is possible.
