I interpret the bullish movement here to be a combination of positive regulatory developments (which we have covered already) together with someone leaking what will likely be a good half year result for August. If we get an upside surprise, together with hints about the regulatory outcome being quite positive, the resulting pop in share price might be quite enough to make me happy and present and exit (from this unholy nightmare :) ).
