My view re current trading pattern:
It appears to me (and blind freddy) that someone is trying to keep a lid on the share price.
Why?
One possible theory: Someone is assessing as to whether they should buy up big or possibly mount a takeover. The "someone" are still not sure and are in the process of carrying out additional due diligince. Maybe they are waiting until the orphan status announcement or Dendreon announcement or something else, before they make their move. In the meantime it is in their interests to keep the price as low as possible, so as if and when they do go ahead, they can buy at a much lower price.

Does my view sound crazy? Perhaps it is. Perhaps it's not.
However, to me it is clear that someone wants to artificially keep the share price at these levels. Clearly they are succeeding with their strategy with their activation of bots and with little support of some nervous holders.

Does anyone else have any other views?
