Guys it's 2020, TLD don't mean much these days. They can buy and market any domain they can get their hands on. Having a URL in the countries recognised commercial domain space that the company/brand is trading in is always a good idea. This would mean having a .com.au .co.uk. co.nz and so on.
But if I was the CTO be buying and marketing something like sleepcheck.health as the main domain so a url would look like this: https://sleepcheck.health
