I know TK said by end of month but does Rap have to notify the market before an announcement is made?

It is price sensitive however they are a third party so I wouldn’t think a Trading Halt is necessary but insider trading is a possability

It could be said the market has already been notified - but has it - nothing has been put into concrete and the market is still skeptical

So maybe there is a requirement that Rap has to make the announcement to protect shareholders so maybe there will be a trading halt
