    There's also no guarantee the cash will remain in the bank. As I understand the remediation proposal the BOD is engaging an in depended assessors opinion of the vanadium acquisitions. If that report is favourable the BOD has the right to re-engage in that acquisition, at which point the cash would evaporate.
