current valuation on skaffold

I find it incredulous that anyone would be prepared to publish a view that a company such as this without sufficient revenue to cover costs and a 2mn dilutionary convertible hanging over it would be worth much more than the change from a cup of coffee?

Also have they appointed a new CEO? My understanding was that the previous CEO left in August and no appointment or announcement of appointment has been made. So was the CEO you talked to the one who left 3 months ago?

And intriguingly in response to the ASX "please explain" for the almost DOUBLING of the share price from 5.8c to 11c the company hasn't got any idea why this could be happening - perhaps divine intervention at play?
