Maybe if they want to explore Laos they can split it off into another company with a different manager and board. Issue all the shares in the new company to shareholders at the time.
If they decide to do that the shareholders that want to participate could stay with it and others sell.
It would only take $20 million dollars as a float for the new company. It doesn't have to be done straight away and I like that idea.
If they don't get a decent deal for NE i would like them to do the same thing there.
First thing first though as they have to get the cash flowing at Chatree.
Hopefully very close now.
