90,000,000 shares on issue for most of KCN's long history , until they got greedy and started wanting to be hero's in a bull market.
257 million today is a disgrace from only 90,000,000 starting point !!! saying that is like a climate change activist that doesn't use a complete timeline to get there data , just picking the time period that suits ...
The facts are there has been a 300% Disgusting dilution over the last 13 years when there should have been ZERO ! KCN made profits in 2001-2012 so there should have been ZERO dilution and any clown would start preparing for a correction after Gold just went straight up 500% by saving some cash for a rainy day !

Those capital raising / diluting placement decisions destroyed shareholders lives. There have been many shareholders in the past who have confronted Ross & it takes a massive ego, just like a politician, to take bonuses after such destruction....
I like Ross & Jamie personally, they are probably great guys outside work , i used to think it was funny talking to Ross on the phone, like talking to a 1950's cowboy..... Until you confront them, then they disappear...
They have already crossed the line taking $500,000 from the placement or Taurus loan, that was disgusting & so they must be watched closely..
They want to be treated with respect ? Well respect is earned & 2023 they $hit in shareholders faces , shareholders faced a --40% Loss because of there failure to do what they said they would do, so they have earned zero respect when you add this to the list of failed promises...
Respect is earned from the sale of NE, Settlement compensation, Cheap Thai bank loan & they achieve non of these meaningful objectives and they have been promising these for 3 years.....
The next thing where they can earn respect is LOW AISC ! That's going to be there next big test when the cover will be lifted on just how much the Chatree Festival carnival, Corporate & Administration ( Travel , Flights and hotels) has blown out our costs.....
Fingers crossed they will look out for shareholders going forward...
