Yes, good pick up, you are right the total will be around 85 million. So this initial $50 million borrowed will cover the first 3 years, then the remaining will be applied when the project ramps up after 2015. The first couple of years will bring in $15 million, the after 2015, $30 million per year once it ramps up. PV of cash flow is: $243,411,383.
