Initial 2P Reserves 5.9 mmboe with an NPV (10%) of US$158m (from the new report), primarily Snake River + 100 million @ 1000BOED ( this is a multiple of X3 on the Yearly production... 6X is possible with a good company) gives a total value of 258M US divide this by the shares now on issue (450m) and your still come up with a number of 0.57c which is still an upside of 4.38X the current MC.
This is now my initial target with the new shares on issue (4.38X current MC)
I would expect production to be higher then 1000 BOED in the next 6months And Kansas acreages to increase which would change the NPV and amount allocated for production in these figures to the upside.
Any Thoughts did i miss anything??
