I agree on part but here is the issue . When you wrote this post the forward margin ( if you don't count other costs ) was 109.5 m today it is 101 million and there lies the problem . Over a day the forward margin is down almost 8% . There in lies the problem . It highlights the I impact of a 35 dollar drop in the aid gold price on margins , so you can see if people fear gold can go Lower, even 1300 that impacts the above numbers a lot and 1250 gold aud would have margin down to only 50m

I like gold LT but I imagine we will see a push lower . Slr needs to work hard to drop its all in costs by 50-80 per oz, as you figures show even a modest drop can have a big impact
