If I had deep deep pockets as some Chinese companies do and were looking to take up Alacer's goldfields assets, I would be very keen on adding Silver Lake to the complement-and would have my broking firm/s working like crazy to keep the SP as low as possible-taking advantage of sector sentiment( low POG-high cost etc)!
Just a thought!
