I agree variation in the POG will impact profit. I guess I take the view that it could impact it just as much positively as negatively.

To my mind that is the thing about small caps like SLR, they follow the old adage that profit and risk are very closely correlated. i.e. The greater the risk the greater the potential profit and the greater the potential loss.

For the life of me I can't understand the people who invest like a virgin playing strip poker. They should be investing in blue chips or buying houses.

So, yes there is risk but imagine the upside if production went to 600,000 ozs and the profit margin went to $600. We would be talking about nearly a $1 per share.

In the end it's all speculation, either get ya panties off or get out :-)
