Could you please provide your understanding of this?
I understood there is 1 per 20 WFD shares, with the listed entity set up via $160m cash. If there is 2.1bn shares in WFD on issue, that would imply approx 105m Onemarket shares. With that cash backing, shouldn't the valuation on each share be higher than 10c each? Or have you already 'downconverted' the 10c figure when you refer to it being in parity to 1 WFD share as opposed to every 20 of them?
