Without looking through the One Market document to find out for sure, I would have thought they would simply issue one one market share for each WFD share and at the original US$200mil for one market, worked out to be about 11c per share (I think that URW will keep 10%). I have not looked at the one market document as it is of little interest to me. The last news I saw was one market being $150 mil now (not sure if that was USD or AUD). If you find out for sure, let us know.
