this is key - without the patents it will be a hard slog as they can only rely on trade secrets or licencing in the tech. I am not convinced the ip is "watertight".
I'm waiting to see what other ip they file before I part with any cash. I believe their PCT application is unlikely to make it into National phase, but I could very well be wrong on this point.
