So there are two documents that probably detail a process at least similar to NC6's for the production of microbial cellulose. I guess the issue is that this indicates that the process was known to the public before our application making the process non-patentable. There would be an exception if our process differed from the originally documented process in a non-obvious manner, which is probably not likely given our process is pretty straightforward.

So would I be right in saying that our claim will rest on us proving that the documents found with particular relevance to our claim describe a different process or product to the ones to which our claims relate?

Is that correct @Whoopwhoop?
