Looking at our 2x24 carat stones, the shapes are a little angular, based on the "rough to cut" pic, I am guessing that our two will be cut to a round/oval shape to minimize loss. I would say about 50% - 55% loss, so perhaps end up with 2x 10-12 carat cut rubies.
