as a long term and pained holder off taa (though I did get out eventually at a slight loss) I would wait until news about revenue from the $56mill contract came out. Almost a year and nothing - instead a capital raising. I assume everything with the contract is ok but the money for some reason doesnt seem to be coming in and no-ones knows when it will.
