Paprika Veal Shanks
In a pan barbecue on the charcoal webber:
8 meaty cross-cut veal shanks.
2 large chopped onions.
250 gm capsicums.
½ cup beef fat.
¼ dozen bay leaves.
Then add the following:
500 ml chicken stock.
1 can tomatoes in juice.
1 cup dry white wine.
2 strips orange peel.
¼ cup soy.
1 dozen anchovies.
1 tablespoon smoked paprika.
