My unfortunate prediction is that Rimfire Pacific will not trade again on the ASX and instead enter into administration.

The legal costs and damages are quickly spiralling out of control, whilst it’s going to be difficult if not impossible to raise money until the GPR dispute is finalised.

The complexity of who pays what and who owes who (including the unknown investors that funded Giovinazzo) is too much to even try to explain. That complexity just means a great deal of time and money to sort out.

No doubt this board will blame Billis or Ironman, however only one group had control of this business and mismanaged to the very highest order.

I also predict the board and management will have to resign.
