Wembley is far from out of the way yet though. Although its non-completion for the fa cup has been factored into the sp, I think that until we know how long it will take them to complete it and the ramifications of that, I wouldn't discount additional volatility. Who knows how much extra the final cost will be. As you know, they have to pay late fees for every day that it's overdue, then there is the possibility of legal action with subcontractors etc. Not to mention an investigation by ASIC and a class action lawsuit by s'holders.

Sorry, I just cannot help but be suspect of management and its inability to give accurate estimations for costs to the market..
