Just to give an update to where I am.
Have engaged lawyers who have responded by saying the documentation for the sale of Crown is legal - that was to be expected.
My only course of action now is provide a competing offer to the Directors of Lynas.
However its one thing to say I'll make an offer without having the framework and people to do so. I've already approached a chairman of directors of a leading ASX 100 company (and a shareholder of Lynas) to assist me and his initial response was positive.
Lynas today would have received my request for the shareholders list of Lynas.
Before I leave overseas next week I need to have meetings with lawyers and others to put this into place if it happens.
Please I'm doing my best (along with all of you in HC) and there is no guarantee that an offer will be made.
Again this is not a forum to set out my gameplan and hence my communications from now on will be limited.
