Maybe it should read; "We need 100 to physically attend to at least have a good chance of defeating the deal"
With luck this deal will not even get as far as the meeting. If it does and does get passed that is not the end of the matter. There will probably be a legal challenge. There may be ASIC or ASX intervention. Remember that conflict of interest has been shown to be a dominant factor in the deal. Possibly insider trading too.
I certainly wouldn't want to be holding shares in forge at this stage.
