lukentel,i would say [in your words] they're getting ready to make some big money when DC comes into play.
they know what increased earnings are coming next march, and the directors also know what contracts other major institutions will be arrangeing with CUS to sort out the other major institutions atm take up of direct charging.
the directors would also be aware of what assets they are going to dispose of in december as stated in the last financial report. in my thinking,> thats why they are buying.
the great aspect of CUS i think is that, in this slow down we are in at the moment. people will still use atm machines. its not a big decision to use an atm if you need cash. i was up the main street of my small town [of narooma, a sleepy seaside fishing town] the other day, and there were 5 people quewed up in a row waiting at an atm.
CUS is proving to be a defensive stock in this sell off.
