I'll preface this with an "i believe"
I believe that in the employment contracts with cus the directors also get allocated shares and options which are determined by profitabilty / sales targets etc etc
Question is if this is limited to the execs getting allocated the shares personally or if they can transfer them to their holding company/super fund. I doubt they could - maybe its fbt or not part of the agreement.
I would imagine banks would be trying to negotiate what they get in DC as well.
