d_ricardo....good comments. That would give them a current valuation on PER of 12 of $4.08....so yes cheap. Now add 80 million transactions x .20 cents when they increase the $2 to $2.20 at some stage and that drops $16M direct to the bottom line....11.5 cents a share. So add that to 34 cents gives you 55 cents on a PE of 12....$6.60 a share. All possible and will happen at some stage.
I know and they know that once the market has fully absorbed the $2 charge...taking it to $2.20 will mark very little difference to the number of transactions. Just at the moment they mindful of the bad publicity it would create.
