rusty182, your talking old history, the old board that went into asia has been replaced ages ago by a competetant smaller more efficiant board,with a top leader.
The asia investment has been long sold for approx $15mill and the money paid off debt.
A further $5 mill has been paid off debt with a future sale of portion of SPS shares, .
There is another $5 mill to be acheived from the future sale of the remaining portion of SPS which again will be paid off debt.
Any further debt will be swamped by the returns from D/C,
and thats why i`m buying, and holding till well after D/C when the benefits from it keep rolling in.
The stock has been holding its s/p and even rising thru these bad markets and has been tipped as a top investment for 2009 in the weekend australian and BRW, and other brokers.
