re: kactuss and arty I don't think we need worry about 'newbies' being sucked in to RRS. If they visit HC, unless they have been on Mars for the past year or so, they would have noticed the thousands of RRS HC posts!
Its now 'put up' time for RRS and Puntland. My own view is that the JV will be signed including KNOC taking a 20% interest - very shortly.
No reason at that point that the SP shouldn't return to 4c+.
