Who gives you that logic, Zip has a set of 20 people just to facilitate expansion, it is a well planned game because IT manpower cost in Australia are not sustainable. I know a guy who was working at $70 k after four years of struggle, just within one year of experience Telstra paid $120 k and took him. Only time will justify but what is the harm employing in India at lower cost rather than make them work in Aus via work permit.
