atm, we are having difficulty understanding what 'trial' means.

We are hoping to have a process where we clear up all these meanings - ie. 'customer' 'trial' 'company -- used in polymers', 'client', - etc. etc. We want to tighten the language.

What has been said from Dirk is something like -- 'we have very little drop out after the formulation phase'

Now, up to 'the formulation phase' - that is a different question - but, what I seem to get so far --------- and, this is what we are designing now - a system of clearing this up -

is that -------- in my words - once we get to hold hands and are beyond the nod and wink stage - we have very little drops out ------------- we appear to build solid relationships - even though some times after they have a solution - they might bugger off around the corner and see if there is another supplier - they come back after finding there is not.
